dramatic 3-2 final day win over Aston Villa.

Thousands of City fans lined the streets on Monday to greet and cheer on players. TV cameras were allowed on the bus to interview players.

Grealish who was alongside Kyle Walker and John Stones said on City's official live stream of the open-top bus parade:

"Do you know what, I said earlier on the coach, it's been brilliant to win my first title.

"I want to thank everyone, but the main person I want to thank is Bernardo Silva for coming off in the 70th minute, because he was miles off it yesterday!"

Manchester City needed to beat Aston Villa to claim Premier League. When Bernardo Silva exited the pitch, they trailed 1-0. After going behind by two goals, Pep Guardiola's side fight back to win 3-2 thanks to two goals from Ilkay Gundogan, the man who replaced Bernardo Silva.
